The touchscreen manufacturer realised that high ambitions can only be achieved by making changes in the value chain. The company therefore decided to gain more insights into their suppliers, potential CSR risks and the original of all materials and components. Following an extensive Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), CTOUCH is now aware which components have the greatest potential for sustainability.
In addition, CTOUCH mapped the tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers of their partners in China. The company then used the CSR Risk Checker to gain more insights regarding potential CSR Risks. By critically reviewing suppliers using the CSR Risk Checker, CTOUCH was able to eliminate CSR risks for its suppliers.

The mission of Wakuli is to shake up the coffee industry. The company is committed to fair prices for coffee farmers and even derives its name from the word for farmers in the Swahili language (wakulima). Wakuli is also dedicated to sustainability and is exploring how their Brazilian production partner can switch to regenerative production methods.
